Tesla misses quarterly income gauges on creation challenges

July 20 (Reuters) – Tesla Inc TSLA.O on Wednesday missed Wall Street gauges for quarterly income, as it battled to fulfill need for its electric vehicles because of a closure of its Shanghai industrial facility and creation challenges at new plants.
All out income tumbled to $16.93 billion in the second quarter from $18.76 billion a year sooner, finishing its dash of posting record income in ongoing quarters.
Examiners were expecting income of $17.10 billion, as indicated by IBES information from Refinitiv.
